What does Code Beams actually build?
Business systems: custom ERP and ops platforms, workflow automation, integrations between the tools you already use, and AI-assisted processes where handoffs still burn time. We are not a brochure-website shop.
How do engagements usually start?
Discover → Implement → Maintain. We map the manual work first, scope a real implementation, ship it into operations, then stay on monthly care so the system keeps improving instead of rotting.
Do you only do big projects, or monthly care too?
Both. Many clients hire us for a substantial implementation, then keep a retainer for monitoring, fixes, small features, and roadmap work. Care-only is also fine if the system already exists.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on workflow complexity and how many systems we must touch. After discovery we give a scoped timeline and milestones — not a vague “agile forever” estimate.
Can you work with our existing stack and team?
Yes. We integrate with what you already run, document decisions, and collaborate with in-house operators or developers when you have them.
How is pricing structured?
Implementation is scoped (fixed or phased). Maintenance is a monthly retainer sized to the system’s risk and change rate. We quote after we understand the workflow — not from a generic package page.
Do you host, monitor, and deploy?
Yes when it helps. We can own hosting, CI/CD, backups, and monitoring as part of go-live and the monthly care plan.
Who is a good fit?
