A staffing platform for electrical projects in Sweden and Norway: open assignments, competence requests and project references.
Problem
eLinked places electricians, technicians and site leads on industrial and infrastructure projects across Sweden and Norway. They needed to reach clients and candidates in both countries and capture staffing requests with enough detail to act on quickly.
What we built
We built a Laravel and Filament platform with a job board for open assignments, competence requests organised by role and area, a project reference library and an interactive coverage map. Content is managed per market in Swedish and Norwegian, and the admin is secured with passkeys.
Outcome
Clients send structured staffing requests and candidates find assignments in the same place, while the team publishes jobs, projects and market content without developer help.
