Problem
Garages in the UAE and the wider Gulf run on paper job cards, WhatsApp and separate billing tools. Front desks lose track of which car is in which bay, quotes take too long after inspection, and mechanics and customers often need Arabic as well as English.
What we built
We built GarajOS as a multi-workshop SaaS with digital job cards, a live bay board, appointments, parts and suppliers, quotations, VAT-ready invoices, payroll and commissions, and a customer portal. AI features turn inspection notes and photos into quote lines, flag comeback risk and draft customer messages in Arabic or English, while the team always approves the final suggestion.
