A learning platform for staff onboarding and training: companies build courses, assign them by role and track every employee's progress.
Problem
Companies were onboarding new hires and training store staff with PDFs, slide decks and spreadsheets. Managers had no single place to assign training, see who had completed what, or show that teams were certified.
What we built
We built a multi-company LMS where each company registers its own account, invites users and can have several admins. Course builders create multimedia lessons and assign them by role, and the platform handles assessments, automatic grading and certificates. Dashboards and reports show progress per person, team and course, with plans and permissions managed centrally.
Outcome
Onboarding and recurring training run from one dashboard: new hires get the right courses on day one, and managers see completion and certification status without chasing anyone.
